Celebrating their
success, they are hosting the first ever Intermark Charity Tower Run 2012 on 7th July 2012 (Saturday).
The beneficiaries of this run will be two charity organisations : SOS Children’s
Villages and Shelter Homes.
SOS
Children’s Villages is the world's largest orphan and abandoned children's
charity and aims to provide a new family and home for more than 78,000 children
in 500 Children's Villages in 124 countries. The charity also helps a million
children and their families through SOS community outreach programmes. For more

Shelter Homes
which is located in Malaysia,
this year, will be embarking on the theme of “Education for the Betterment of
Children,” where they will focus on the improving the educational opportunities
for the children in their homes who come from dysfunctional families. More than
50 % of them have gone without education for a long time due to poverty, lack
of documentation or neglect. Presently, Shelter Homes run three homes -
one for young children (boys and girls) from ages of 4 -12 years: another for
teenage boys and a third for teenage girls (ages 13 -17 years). For more
