COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS
1. Collection in person.
Please present your identity card (Malaysians) or passport (Non-Malaysians) to collect your race kit.
2. Collection on behalf
In the event that, you are unable to come personally, a representative may be appointed to collect your race kit, do ensure that your representative presents a letter of authorisation and a photocopy of your identity card or passport. Please click here for letter of authorisation.
SPECIAL COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS
1. Foreigner or outstation runner (outside Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Selangor)
If you require special arrangement for race kit collection, please drop us an email at enquiry@hooha.asia latest by Monday 28 July 2014.
2. Bulk collection of race kits (10 race kits and above)
If you would like to collect 10 race kits and above, please email your bulk collection name list (full name and IC number of each participant) to icare@hooha.asia latest by Monday 28 July 2014. Please ensure to submit the authorisation letter for each participant listed in the bulk collection name list at the bulk collection counter on the race kit collection day. Please click here for letter of authorisation.
Any request thereafter will not be entertained.
PENALTY CHARGES
RM 10 penalty charges will apply to:
1. Collection on other than the dates stipulated above.
2. Collection without prior agreement and arrangement.
UNCOLLECTED RACE KITS
Uncollected race kits will be deemed as unwanted and therefore becomes the property of the organisers upon closure of the distribution hall on 3 August 2014. The organisers will then be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly. There will be NO distribution of kits on race day.
