SCKLM 2012 ZERO TO HERO PROGRAM

Transform yourself from ZERO to HERO at the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2012 training circuit

The Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2012 training circuit is back - The Zero to Hero training circuit headed by Mark Williams, the official trainer of SCKLM 2012 as well as professional coaches and qualified technical officials from the Federal Territory Amateur Athlete Association (FTAAA).

Seize this opportunity to learn and get tips on how best you can run on race day. Gain useful information from the weekly training which cover race training management, nutrition & hydration, stretching techniques, injury prevention and many others.
